Hi Guys .. Hank here...

Had a big day today .. I left the Vets office .. I been living there a couple weeks .. Boxer Rescue is quite popular these days & I hear I was real lucky that someone who knew me bumped into one of the Boxer rescue vets. He let me stay with him at his work till I could find somewhere to crash...

I hear alot of dogs complaining about being there ...they had "parents" on vactions. Well I liked it just fine .. I don't have any parents .. & I used to live tied outside ...with not much food. I had a nice cage there at the Vet office with my own blankets & they walked me & loved on me & feed me lots ... I gained about 15 lbs . :o)

I also got neutered , I hear the Boxer rescue folks don't put up with any "Hanky Panky" at their rescue what ever that means. I also got all those yucky worms out of my belly & my tail had to get docked, I had lots of sores & cuts & it just wouldn't stop bleeding. I got a Boxer tail now & I think it suites me just fine :o)

So today one of the girls that works at the Vet put me in her car ... I was a little nervous about that ...because I remember where I used to live & I like it at the Vet just fine. But she took me to her house & let me run in her yard ..there were LOTS of dog smells there ! Then this big white Boxer Boy came running out & I got to play ! That was fun , she took me inside & meet a little tiny baby Boxer dog and a Poodle & a pretty girl Boxer too !

Then another lady came to the door & she said she was my new Foster Mom ... I was like whhooa, I have a mother !?!?! Well sort of..anyway ..she said I was going to stay with her for a while so we could work hard on my "manners" what ever those are & my confidence. I'm pretty scared still, but she seemed to really like me, so I loaded up & off we go..... I get back too you all soon ..after I get settled in ...love Hank.
