We named Paisley in honor of Paisley, Scotland which is a town 8 miles outside Glasgow (husband and I were married in Scotland). Paisley locals are called "Buddies" and Paisley is our buddy for sure. Paisley is also where the the distinctive Paisley pattern was produced.
