Last Thursday I took my final exam at Doggie Obdience Class. We did a mini agility course with stops for sit, down, stay, heel and fast and slow walks. I did good on everything except the two minute stay and the automatic sit when Dad would stop. I was having such a good time I could'nt concentrate on the long stays and I fogot about the sitting thing. I got a certificate of participation and a coupon to do a do over at half price. My motto is "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" and I loved being at school. It was fun. The good news is I was voted most friendly. Mom says we will continue to practive when we go out for walks and I can take the class again in about 6 months. I cant wait to meet my new set of classmates. Maybe my attention span will be longer than a nano second by then. Mom and Dad still love me lots and tell me I am a good girl. They tell me I am pretty and that they would'nt have me anyother way then I am.

It's been really rainy this week and I have not been outside much to work on homework. I have to cram for my next class as we are going to be tested on our stays. Last week I didnt do so good. But I did get to run through an obsticle course. I loved the tunnel. Mom meets me at the over end with a treat. That's the best part about school is the treats and visiting with my classmates. I get in trouble for too much visiting. I groomed a Rottweilers ears last week. I should have been listening in class. I funked stay.

This week I have to practice my stays. I can do sit, down and a short stay. Now I have to work up to a stay of 5 minutes. I am trying really hard but since I am only one year old I get easily distracted. Mom says that is okay we just keep practicing. School is hard. But Mom and Dad are patient. I will let you know how it goes after class this week. Remember "Two paws up for the rescue dogs."
