Arrival Story:
He was born to a very young Mama dog and a very new breeder. He was brought to my clinic at 2 days of age to have his tail docked, but was very ill and almost dead. After many hours of trying to save this little trooper, it was noted that he had a full length cleft palate. He was given back to the breeder to try and tube feed, but was returned the next day. He would need 24 hour care in order to make it. The doctors felt he would not survive, no matter what was done. After 16 weeks of tube feedings, many bouts of resp failure, he started to thrive.. and to this day we are the best of buddies... He celebrated his fifth birthday this past October. He is a Trooper!
