I don't know any tricks yet, but I'm working on learning! It's hard to listen to commands when I'm rasping and gasping all the time.

Arrival Story:
Tico is my foster dog. He was relinquished by an elderly owner no longer able to care for him.

Bio:
Shortly after Tico arrived in foster care, it was discovered that he suffers from an elongated soft palate, a collapsed trachea (related to the soft palate issue), and exposure keratinopathy. Tico will need surgery to correct his throat defects to prevent them from becoming life-threatening.
