a day in the life of...

rainy day

It's been raining for two days straight! I hate the rain. I couldn't hold it any longer this morning though, so out I went in the rain to do my "business" in the lawn. I ran back in the house soaking wet. Mama was there waiting for me with a fluffy, dry towel and patted me down. I can't wait until it stops raining so we can go for walks again. Until then, I'll just have to sit next tot he fireplace and watch Mama clean the house and cook. My dad will be working late tonight so I have to be on my guard to protect Mama and our home in case any strangers come to our door. ok... nap time.
