Arrival Story:
In early 2002, I decided I wanted a dog and was fortunate enough to come across www.petfinder.com, a website that helps you locate pets who need good homes. At that website I found information about a little dog named Scooby. According to his profile, he was sweet natured, housebroken, AND part weenie dog! He was just a few hours away at a shelter in Berryville, AR. I found out he was still available for adoption so Tony and I drove down to adopt him. He was so scared -- he shook the whole ride home. It was very likely Scooby suffered abuse so we made sure to baby him. It took a while, but now he's a lovable pup who always has to get in between Tony and I if we are sitting near each other. He loves to play and go bye bye! Scooby owns all the furniture and sleeps where he pleases, of course. He is still a big chicken but not nearly as scared as he once was. Scooby is a wonderful dog and I feel so lucky to have found him!
