Arrival Story:
We adopted Bailey after we lost our beloved Saint Bernard Sampson, to bone cancer. Bailey had a tough start in life. A life filled with abuse and going from one shelter to another. We had originally planned on waiting till spring (Sampson died in november) to adopt as we only do rescues. But when we saw Bailey and read her story, we knew she was the one. So much for waiting huh. She is now in a home where she is loved, and she brings joy to a home that was once filled with saddness. She came to us exactly 1 month after Sampson went to the Rainbow Bridge. Was this fate, or could it have even been some divine intervention from a big guy named Sampson. Who really knows. It's all relavent. What matters is that we love this girl with all our heart, and she doesn't have to be afraid any more.

Bio:
Hi there! I came to live with my current mom and dad almost 3 years ago. Before that, I was in a foster home for Saint Bernards, but way before that, I was in a bad place. The people yelled a lot (I don't like yelling and run and hide) and I was kicked when I barked, so I don't bark. I'm getting better with the feet thing. At first I didn't like it when people tried to touch me with their foot. And I don't like the sound of spray bottles or matches. But my mom and dad are really nice and I am happy now. The cat passed away a year ago, and although mom and dad loved the cat, I'm glad it's gone!!!
