I'm spoiled rotten

boy, this summer I went thru a lot!!!

well let me tell you....I got out of the fence and was just checking out the neighbors yard when he drove up in his pick up. that guy drives slow but I had to run up and give him the barking....hurry on up! well, I ran in front of his truck and I guess he couldn't see me, here I'm about 100lbs but that darn truck was way biggern me!!! of all the dumb luck he ran right over me, I had bruises, scraps, crushed innards and was pretty well hurtin' all over. I took off up in the woods above my house and licked my wounds for a day or two, figgered I was gonna live so I came home the second night......mom had been out calling and I just couldn't make it yet, dad was driving all over to see if he could find me.....I had me a good tree to hide under, didn't want them coyotes gettin' me.
mom took me to the vet the next day and they checked me out and couldn't believe I got away with what I got, my mom thinks I got a brain injury cause I'm a little whacko now and the vet had to give me some meds for something on my brain stem......big ol' whoppers they were too!! I'm pretty much back to normal but I just love barkin' and howlin at everything now!! I'm just as purty an ornery as I was before aaarrrrfff wooooof heeeooooooowwwwl

got the tar chewed outta me

holy dog, I was out in my yard and this akita came over from next door, about 1/4 mile away and he was going for the chickens, I had to say something and he came and jumped on my back and bite the heck outta my shoulder, pulled the skin away and I had some holes in me you wouldn't believe!! mom had to take me to the vet and they put a rubber tube thru the holes to drain the infection. well, of course I dripped all over the carpet and bed and rubbed on mom's walls to scratch the itch!!! had to take some monster pills and they didn't taste to good either!! yeeeccckkk! mom was too smart for me and she found when I got em up and out! I'm much better now and mom said she'd put a pic of my booboo on here so my buddies could see what that guy did to me. I got the tube removed and finally finished all those yucky pills....boy if I catch that dog in my yard again grrrrrrrrr mom got a pop gun to scare him away.

boy do I have it made, I get to sleep on the couch until mom put's mouse traps on it....then I have to sleep in my own bed which is pretty comfy but not like the couch!!! I have 20 acres and woods behind the house to run on and there are lots of squirrels and coons around here.....yeehaa I love it!! this morning mom cooked fresh scrambled eggs to put in our food and grunt and I have a deer/elk bone pile to pick in on the next 20 acres...boy do we have fun!! yaawwwnnn time for a nap cya later
