I can't hear ya...nope, still can't...hehe

I am so smart. I realized that if I do something I'm not suppose to I can just pretend I am deaf. Then when mommy comes to stop me I just roll on my back and look really cute. I got her wrapped around my little paw. A pup like me has got to test bounderies, you know. Anyways, she's not liking that idea but I only do it when I have too much energy. I started digging which I find really fun. She doesn't agree. Oh well, if I just look really cute I won't get in as much trouble. hehe....Let's see how much longer I can pull this off.

My mommy was so worried...

I had an ok day today. Well, acctually it's much better. My teeth were hurting and I think I ate something mommy told me not to in the backyard. I didn't feel like playing and didn't want to eat anything at all. My mom got worried when it started getting late and I still didn't feel well so she went to...Petsupermarket...yea, that's what the bag said. She got me a bunch of soft food and this tube of yummy food. I heard her say that it is a meal replacement so a puppy like me can get all the nutrients if I'm not eating. I was sleeping and didn't want to eat at first but she even put the food in a blender for me make it liquidy. She fed me with a baby bottle and I loved it! Boy, did my appetite come back after then. I took a power nap and I was feeling great! I played with Candy (the cat), with mommy, my toys and had my very first bath!
I gotta say, I LOOOOVE baths. Mommy puts me in the tub that she goes in to get web and rubs me with water and this white foamy stuff that makes me smell good. I couldn't have a bath earlier because I got spayed last Saturday but I can't wait until the next one. She even clean my ears because they were itchy, rubbed me down, brushed me and it felt great.
After that we all had dinner and my appetite was bigger then ever. Mommy told me to take it easy so I don't get sick again. I had some homemade chicken and rice..played some more and now I am SO ready for bed.

I wonder what we'll do tomorrow!

I am still getting use to everything in my new home. I really like it here. There are two levels with...stairs and a huge backyard. I never in my life saw stairs before and they looked a bit scary at first but I watched and now I can just hop up and down all by myself. I think my humans appreciate that since I am getting a bit too heavy for lifting. My humans call me big puppy but I don't think I'm too bit to sit in their lap for a cuddle...yet.

Anyways, my new home is very different then where I came from. This human found me on the street and put me in a shelter with cold concrete floors and lots of people and scary dogs. I never liked it there. There was always so much noise and too much going on.

Nobody played with me and I was stuck in this cage with a towel and a ball. Those kept me busy sometimes but other times I was really sad.
In my home the humans always play with me, I get to run around and play with this thing called a cat. Her name is Candy and she thinks she's a puppy but that's ok. I find her very fun. We run around in the yard, share water and food and she even sleeps next to me and mommy. I'm a bit tired now since we just went for a walk so nap time!
