Pepper Power On.

Today's paw walk forecast calls for heavy rain and a word that should be in Cutter's word of the day. BLUSTERY! Heavy winds approaching the Pacific Northwest to arrive in the early morning hours. Howling winds to bring down trees and power lines.

Pepper Power Off (conserving energy just in case).
