My mom is driving me CRAZY!!! She keeps driving all over the place, or parking in one place and making me walk (HELLO!?!? It's HOT outside and I am a black dog!) Then we come to this things with the big-headed guy standing there. She makes me take my picture with this guy over and over again. I'm SO sick of this Charlie guy! Mom says it is Peanut's 55th anniversary. Umm... I thought Peanut was the bump growing on Auntie Sue - they tell me there's a baby in there, but all I see is a bump they call Peanut. So, if Auntie Sue is only 28, how can this be The Peanut's 55th anniversary?? These 2-foots just make no sense to me. At least Jackson got dragged around with me last weekend. 26 down so far - just 19 left to go. I can't wait until this stupid endeavor is over!
Guess what! My grandparents got me a new friend last time I was visiting! My new friend's name is Lily and she is a kitten. She weighs under 2 pounds, so she's very small - but she is a bossy little booger! I accidentally stepped on her toes and screamed at me and smacked my nose! How rude! But, she is cute and fun most of the time, so I'll forgive her - especially cause I weigh a LOT more than her - like 65 pounds more! I can't wait to go see her again - though it is icky hot in their town. Guess it's worth it if I get to see both Lester and Lily!
OK... time to go cuddle with Mom!
Love and licks & Happy 4th of July!

Yep, you are right, I've been a big slacker with keeping you people up to date on my life! I've been just a little bit busy you know! It can be difficult keeping up with my social calendar - it takes work, but someone's gotta do it (that's what Mom is there for right??)
So, I've been busy! Busy growing! Mom and I went to the vet today to get meds for Georgie (Yes, we had to resupply her pharmacy!). Mom made me get on the scale... and was shocked to see that I weighed in at 64.5 pounds! Mom says I look way littler than that - it's all solid labrador muscle. Duh!
Working in the office has been difficult - I go, I greet people, I smile for Auntie Martha, I take a nap, wag my tail, chew on my bones... It's a hard day, ya know! No one fully understands what hard work it is to be this cute! Yeesh!
Other than that, it's been trips to San Francisco (that BART thing is pretty cool!), Cable car rides, jaunts through China Town, trips to visit friends and family members and lots of other fun stuff. OH! And I stayed at Camp GDB for a week - that was kinda fun! Though I did get to go home with Aunt Brenda and Jackson at night. My shorter trip to GDB a couple weeks later was less fun - I had to sleep on concrete. Sigh. It's rough being me, I tell ya!
OK... there are dreams to be had! Time to curl up on my bed for some shut eye (after getting some belly rubs out of Mom first!)

Hello! Again, it's been a whi le... Mom's been a slacker when it comes to pushing ot update my fans. It's hard ya know - I have a very busy social schedule. I visit friends, go on sleep overs and have tons of stuff to do, ya know.
What's been up with me?? Hmm... let's see... I took my first trip to San Francisco with Mom and John a couple weeks ago. Wow! That's a cool place! We went on this thing that moved us while I took a nap. Quite nifty, if you ask me. Mom called it Bart. Not sure why she gave it a person name, but that's what she called it. Then we all went out to dinner. Yeah! Another chance for a nap! It's hard being this cute ya know - it takes a lot of beauty sleep to keep me looking like this (speaking of that - I will put up new pictures soon, I promise!) Then we went to this thing called the Metreon. Wow! Neato! There was this big thing on the floor that the people could play with - they kicked at this thing and a flat ball would go flying all over the place. Mom said it was some sort of video game - but this is one I could play! Dog's can't play video games, so Mom must be wrong. Video game play is limited by the whole lack of opposible thumbs...
Last week I went to stay at my friend Gal's house. But sadly, Gal stayed at my house, so I didn't get to play with her! How rude! But, I got to play with all of Gal's kids - I LOVE kids!! They were so much fun!
This week, I swapped places with my friend Augie. I got to go to college and to elemtary school. Wow - I must be very smart! I only have one problem switching houses with Gal and Augie. We are all black and all about the same size - no one knows I'm me!! If we keep doing this with black labs, I'm going to have an identity crisis or something.
Last weekend, I got to have a ton of fun with some of my dog buddies. We went to this thing called the Bodega Bay Fishermans Festival. It was fun! We got to watch the helicopter come down, then go up, then come down, then go up - fun! It rescued some people from the cold water. Good helicopter! Then we wandered around looking at the crafty stuff, ate some lunch (OK the 2-foots ate. We dogs just sat around and got pets). There was tons of stuff to look at there and lots of fun to be had. And, my brother was there! I miss my Garth! I love that guy! Mom says he's going to come to my house next ( but I think it's another one of those things where I will leave and not get to play with him - that's a bummer!). Garth and I got to both sit with Mom and cuddle - just like the good 'ol days.... sigh. I miss those days.
Anyway... there's toys to be played with, so I need to get outta here!
Love and Licks,
Bueller
