Colby my new pup pal

Mom went to Alex's last night to babysit the 4 girls and throw her clothes in that loud metal thing. I was so excited cuz Alex got that new puppy. His name is Colby and he's just so cute and little.

Mia is my beagle friend, she came over too cuz she's been staying with us for a couple weeks. Can't say I like that too much cuz mom's always cuddling her. But today is a great day cuz I got my mom back. Mia is gonna be staying at Alex's with her new dad, Chris. He drives a big HUGE truck that makes me throw up when we go for rides. So I can just imagine what Mia is gonna feel like for the first time in that thing tomorrow, but she'll get used to it since she'll be travelling all over the country.

Ok so seriously when we got over to Alex's, I just wanted to play with a toy. I guess I was too rough cuz mom was taking them from me and she said that I wasn't allowed to break the puppy's toys. But really mom! Its fun to tear them apart, take all the white fluffy stuff out and eat the squeekies. I ran around for a while with Colby and Mia but they got bored of me and played together. I laid down and watched them for a while. Such children they are. I think Colby was trying to eat Mia's floppy ears right off. Supper for mom and all the others was uneventful. I was such a good girl I sat down and didn't move the whole time. That makes mom so proud of me.

When the kids went to bed and mom came back down stairs, us dogs had a nap. But that Colby gets a bit hyper after his nap so he barked right in my face over and over and over and over. I just sat there and looked at him. Mom kept telling me to get him but I thought she meant my toys so I ran everywhere looking for something to play with. Well that mom is smart. No toys around means I have to play with Colby and Mia. Of course Mia loves to sleep so I decided to play with the puppy. He's so funny with that growl; he actually sounds like he's gonna kill me but I can't help but laugh at him cuz he's so small that I could easily squish him.

Chris just got off the road from a long trip and his head couldn't handle Colby's barking so mom took us outside. Oh what fun! It was awesome!! I showed Colby my super fast running skills. There was no way he could catch me. I'm the fastest dog in town. We played out there for so long. Eventually Mia came out and I got to play with the ball. Colby and Mia decided to fight for second place cuz everyone knows that I'm the top dog here! Haha Mia was winning but they didn't finish cuz mom wanted to go home.

It was getting late and we had to go to bed. So exciting me and mom together alone tonight! zzzz
