Arrival Story:
Sierra was at the pound in Athens and one of our friends saw a picture of her. She looks so similar to Satchel, our dog who died in August, that we had to rescue her. She was one day away from being put down. They knew who her owner was and when they called him, he acted like he didn't know what they were talking about. I do a lot of volunteer work with a rescue group in Athens so at first we just fostered her at first. We had her about 3 weeks when someone else became interested in her and we just knew we couldn't let her go, so we officially adopted her.

Bio:
Sierra is a very sweet and incrediably smart girl. She came to us as an amazing frisbee dog. She has had some training in her former life but we are in a training class right now and we are going to start some clicker work soon. She has some dominance issues but we are working on those. She loves her little brother although she can be a little rough with him at times. She loves to spend her time at Pawtropolis (a doggie day care ) in Athens.
