I was hit by a car while my owner was at church.. ........ ........... My mommy got home, and they all checked the messages. Someone had left a message saying that they had me down on the highway 151. My mommy's mom called the shelter and said she would come and pick me up..... but they told her that I was dead........ My mommy is crying so much, and she misses me dearly. At my funeral, my mommy saw me dead in the casket. I had blood in my mouth. I am buried in their backyard, in beteween their blueberry bushes...... Rest In Peace me......... Let my death serve as a lesson to you, so my mommy knows I didn't die for no reason: "Life can be taken away in split seconds when you don't know it. Value and appreciate all life, because the ones you love can be taken away when you least expect it." And my death was so sudden - when they left for church, they would've NEVER guessed they'd come home to find me forever gone from Earth. Visit my video mommy made for me at http://www. youtube. com/watch?v=qzNjOxPFHzY , and if that doesn't work, look up "Rest In Peace Diamond..."
Diamond was my pomeranian. She was my first pomeranian, and my first small dog. Sadly, she passed away March 22, 2009 due to being hit by a car. Now, I don't like the highway. I don't like the highway 151. It is the road of where my pomeranian, my joy, my puppy, was killed. She was only 11 months old when she died. She didn't even make her first birthday. We buried her in our backyard, and we held a funeral for her. I spoke these words at her funeral: "Lord we thank you for the beautiful, delicate life of little Diamond. We love her so much, and we're sure we'll miss her. We will glue this picture of her up to the cross here, how she glued herself to our hearts, but sadly, she couldn't glue herself to life. We love her so very much, and Diamond gave us a lifelong lesson: Life can be taken away in split seconds when you don't know it. Value and appreciate all life, because the ones you love can be taken away when you least expect it." I miss you Diamond.. you were such a sweetheart. June 21, 2008
It was a HOT car ride to Massachusetts, and it took us 3 days to get to our destination. When we finally arrived at my new owner's home, I was awaited with screams, cuddles, and kisses. As soon as I stepped out of the car, I was lifted by 6 hands, 3 kids battling on who would hold me 1st. Well, 1st day, 1st time, I could get over it. I was put down to explore the front yard, but then realizing I was interested in taking a running tour around the place, I was quickly put inside. I almost felt like I'd forget how to walk, because I wasn't put down... for the whole day. Once the children were finished holding and playing with me, it was in fact a day of celebration for me. I bounded into their fenced in yard, but I immediately was being inspected by their other dogs-their other BIG dogs. I was in trouble, for if they didn'tlike me, I might never come inside again. But Rosalina, their other dog, was the hardest on me. Napoleon, their other dog, was sweet, and he tackled Rosalina to get her to stop being rude. That night, we all sat at the campfire on the patio, roasting marshmallows and eating dinner, and I fell asleep on someones lap while watching the kids play tag.
