Arrival Story:
I was looking on petfinder.com for an all-black standard schnauzer when I came across a picture of the cutest black shepherd-type dog with big pointy ears that didn't droop. He wasn't what I thought I wanted, but as soon as I saw his picture, I knew he was perfect. He was in a rescue home about an hour away. After talking to his rescue mom, I made the drive to go meet him. He was so fun and gentle, without being timid. Kind of like me. I paid the adoption fee and promised to get him shots and fixed and promised to always love him.
