Whitby and the Bed

Lately the dog has taken up sleeping in the bed with me. Not just in the bed, but under the covers curled up in the crook of my arm like he did when he was a little baby. I think it's cute, and I don't really mind it, but he does have his own bed, and i am much more comfortable when he's in it. Of course, keeping him in it prevents me from sleep just as much as his constant adjustments.
And it is so comforting to have his little silky head resting against my arm.

Dog is Lonely

My mother had almost secured another puppy for me, a Yorkie/Chihuahua mix, but it seems they were all spoken for when she finally got through to the person. If something falls through there, Whit may get a little friend after all. I'm sure this would dismay the C-man greatly, but...I find it hard to feel bad about it. ;)

Whitby Baby

Whitby Behaved himself at my birthday party. He was a little trooper, considering how late we were up. But he loves a house full of people and a chance to act all goofy and get showered with attention. Plus Sharon was here (Whit's 'Auntie') and I'm convinced he remembers living with her and likes her better than my other friends. Which is tough, because he really likes my other friends.
