The breeder called him 'Lefty' because of the one white paw, we called him 'MJ'....

Bio:
By-Tor is an exceptionally sweet, tolerant, gentle dog. He can be trusted with any human or animal. He is not submissive, but he is a gentleman, and he does an amazing job being patient with rude dogs, aggressive dogs, puppies, and other annoying creatures. He is a devoted protector of home and person. Nothing makes me feel safer. When we walk at night and I hear a strange noise in the bushes or see something that makes me nervous I can ask him "What is that?" and he will go into alert mode, all intent and watchful, and will issue a few of his deep, impressive guard dog barks as if to say "Who goes there? Declare yourself!". He takes his guarding duties seriously but will happily befriend anyone who I deem 'ok'. He is all steel and velvet, he has a fabulous temperament. Unfortunately By-Tor's ambitions and my own do not mesh well. He is a couch potato, happy to sleep the day away while I want to do Agility or Obedience. He says "no thanks mom, I already have a job! ZZZ....bark, bark!....ZZZZ...." Typical lazy guard dog...Hmph!
