Arrival Story:
I was wandering the back roads outside of Georgetown when a man picked me up and took me to the closest vet. I was not micro-chipped and had no collar or identification on so the nice vet called my foster Mom and asked if she could keep me overnight until the local shelter was open. When Mom picked me up she felt very bad for me. I was just a puppy and I was so afraid of everyone especially men. So Mom called her friends at GAO and they agreed to sponsor me. Now I live with my foster family and I am doing much better. I need a kind loving person that is looking for a lil energetic fella to be their best friend. I love to run and paw-ty and play. I can be just as happy laying on your lap or running in the yard with you. You might say I am a dog for all seasons. I am a shy little guy that needs a very special home where someone will take the time to introduce me to new things and help me understand that the world is a good place to be. I am not great with cats as I really believe that they were put on earth for me to chase... What else would those furr-balls be good for anyway? I sure can't figure it out. I am now ready to find my furr-ever home. So if you are looking for that very special furr-ever friend then look no more. Bio:
Rat is a Fox Terrier, found wandering the streets without any identification. Just a pup, he was already afraid of life. After a few months in a foster home, now Ratatouille loves to run and play. Because of the uncertainty of his early months, he also has a shy side with new people, especially men. Rat is neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on his vaccinations. He is housebroken. He is on heart-worm preventative. He needs a home with someone who will spend time introducing him to new things and help him understand the world is a good place. Since he will chase cats, his ideal home will not have them.
