Sunny Day

Wrufff tired huff huff

so mommy took me to the park today and Francis was there with the plump nice haole lady, the girl who has the little black and white dog i thought her name was sharkey or something its actually shorty.

Anyway mommy was chasing after me and i had a short burst of energy and started running running running then shorty joined me. this samoan kid was scaring me and so i ran off and away from her... so i ran and ran and ran and mommy was happy that i was excersising.

and now that i'm home i'm tired... i'll eat later on but let me rest because i ran so much. mommy says i should run more because i am fat. She said something about me having a pot belly yesterday!! what does that mean!!! I don't have any pots on my belly.

Mommy said she also brought home some food for me.. I hope its tasty but you never know. it was a big yellow bag and it made noises. hmm talking about food is making me hungry.

Dog Park.. sorta...

So, mommy came home from somewhere and announced to me that we're going to meet my friends! I wasnt that thrilled to see all the guys in baseball caps playing baseball, but then about 5:30pm, everyone started coming.. I think the chubby lady has a dog whos name is Francis, he's a little crazy - always going after the ball that someone will throw. Then theres a korean lady i think, she has a small chihuahua. The chi is boss because she established rank order the first day we met... she bit me! (normally I bite everyone else!) then mommy said she liked this black and white crazy puppers that was running around.. I think her name is Sparky.

I was told to socialize and be a good dog. There was all this yummy food being passed around and all these people telling me to "speak". Mommy said I'm the only one who needs to learn to speak, because the others already know. I suppose I'm too good for them! hah! I tried to hump sparky because I'm showing her whose boss and everyone just laughed at me. I suppose its supposed to be funny huh?!

Mommy says she will teach me to speak this time instead of doing mundane tasks like fetching the laundry when its outside and bringing in the newspaper.. (like I really do that?! Hah!) I'm too good to speak, so I don't.

Ps. mommy says next time she wants to get a picture of all the dogs together so she can show them my friends and put them on dogster as me socializing with other dogs... Umm I'd like to see her try!

COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now now.. you may be thinking.. How the bones can it be cold in a place thats called paradise!

well normal temps in the MORNING are supposed to look like afternoon temps.. that way I could work on my nice doggy tan!

Mommy don't put blanket on my body anymore to keep me warm.. she says every time she puts the blanket on me i start to move around and all of her efforts go to waste..

This morning mommy's hand was sticking out of the blanket and so i decided to nudge her awake since i'm not allowed on the bed because its "new" and mommy's mom don't want dog smell over it.. who said i smell?! anyways i nudged mommy and surprisingly she woke up.. she was like whats going on? and so i waggled my cute fuzzy butt and whined and she got up and opened the door for me! Talk about obedient!

I love avocados and bean sprouts.. I'm growing up to be a healthy dog! =)

now, back to sleep!
