Birthday: December 15th 2008 Arrival Story: my daughter was lucky enough to find a darling chihuahua/poodle mix that has a great personality. morticia is a great grand-dog. when my lhasa died a few months ago i decided i wanted a small dog that was a mix. i get to welcome lulu into our home in 2 weeks. dogster has helped me to understand that anything goes with these f1 mixes (aka "designer dogs") so im going to be very interested in what lulu ultimately turns out to look like! Bio: lulu is the product of a cross between a small, laid back yorkie mom and (they tell me) a vanilla laid back chihuahua (yeah, right). her human parents dont breed dogs and just "got a wild hair" as they call it to see what they might get if they bred their yorkie. lola, to their best friends' chihuahua. well, they got eight- count 'em, * pups! lulu is the 2nd from the littlest of a gaggle of very little puppies. her biohumans are nonbreeders and have enjoyed the experience, but they will probably keep one from the litter and sell the others at a very reasonable price and hang up their puppy-breeding shoes forever. I was lucky enough to catch sight of a tiny ad in my local newspaper for their litter. they have had calls from interested people a state away for thier little "chorkies". im so glad i was one of the first to call.
