Likes: Playing fetch and belly rubs! He also likes to sleep on his back. Pet-Peeves: I'm not sure he has any. He's a very laid back dog. He's also very obedient. Favorite Toy: Tennis balls and frisbee's. Favorite Food: Homer eats ANYTHING! Favorite Walk: He likes the dog park where we found him. Best Tricks: It's not a trick, but he'll roll over on his back if he thinks you'll rub his belly. Arrival Story: We were in the dog park with Gena when a woman approached us asking if she knew of a home that would be willing to take in her dog. She had taken him off the street after he'd been abandoned. She was moving and couldn't take him with her.
What made me sad was that she kept asking people if she left the dog in the park, if someone would give him a home. Sure enough, she took off his collar, threw the frisbee one last time and left. We debated for a few minutes, but eventually we took Homer home with us and he has been part of the family ever since. Bio: Homer and Gena became good friends.
