Arrival Story:
We were in the dog park with Gena when a woman approached us asking if she knew of a home that would be willing to take in her dog. She had taken him off the street after he'd been abandoned. She was moving and couldn't take him with her. What made me sad was that she kept asking people if she left the dog in the park, if someone would give him a home. Sure enough, she took off his collar, threw the frisbee one last time and left. We debated for a few minutes, but eventually we took Homer home with us and he has been part of the family ever since.

Bio:
Homer and Gena became good friends. He always let her have her way from the very start.
