My Gotcha Day ♥

When Mommy thinks back to when we first got you you where 2 and it was love at first sight (in add) i new you where the one for me i just wanted to give you the life that you never had. All the things you did with out and had to do to survive i don't know how you did it but you made it and got your forever home home with us.

You came to us from an island and it was a car ride then a boat ride and a car ride again. When i first saw you in person my heart melted. I hugged you and said you are safe now you have a home a family and a new rescue Brother Rufus from the same island. We where so happy you both got along two rescues a bond and there forever homes. Its was such a perfect day.

You where so under weight i could feel every bone in your body. Your coat was dull and your eyes where loving yet confused. You feared men and we know a few beat you badly that you didn't trust them at all. It even took time for you to trust your Daddy and Adult Bro as they where what you feared the most (men). But in no time the trust was given and now an unbreakable bond has formed. You boned with the kids right away and you lite up there eyes they where so excited and happy to see you they helped pick out all your toys and treats.

You ate till your tummy was full and you had a bath and your coat just shined and you where so soft and fluffy. House training was not that hard and in a week you had it down pat. You use to make Mommy turn her back for you to go potty. As if you got caught you would be hurt. But with treats and love you over came that.

You now trust men more and we are so proud of you for opening up knowing we would NEVER let anyone hurt you. All your first where so exciting your fist walk on a leash to your tricks you have learned and most of all seeing your past fade away and your inner puppy come out you now play carefree and are so smart fetch was another exciting moment.

You have touched my life in so many ways and brought me out of a depression. I love you dearly and would not change a moment. You are my Sucking Pup and i love you more then any thing we have such a bond your my shadow and follow me where ever you go. You make me feel loved and needed. Your silly little ways always brings a smile to my face. And i promise you like i did a year ago you are loved and safe and have a family you are such a big part of our family we could never see our liefs with out you.

Yappy Holidays =]

This year is a very special holiday season for us it will be our first one in doors with a real family. You see last year when Mommy rescues us we lived outside even in -40 temp on a native island reserve.
We only lived inside as a pup but was put out when the puppy phase wore off.

So this year we are having so much fun love and cheer its sooo pawsome. We never knew just how much fun the holidays really where till this year. It's pawtastic more then a rescue could have ever asked for =]

ANTD II

Hello all i made it to the next round in ANTD II no one was cut so that was nice a second chance for all dogels. I sure love being a Dogel and had fun with Mommy. =]

The judges said " the pink scarf,pearls and tongue against your silver coat was a winner. Also commented you have expressive eyes" ( My display pic). That sure made me feel so good inside =]

We must say the fans they are just pawsome they make it so much fun.
We this week we are going out for our photo shoots we are going to step it up. Mommy has 4 places in mind I cant wait road trip =]

Dog Days Of Summer Are Over

Hello again hope all is well with you and your family. Mommy is doing pawsome now No more pain each month so the surgery was a big success.

With the dog days of summer are over are we ever playful and loving all the falls leaves and trying to chase the busy squirrels that are getting ready for winter. We cant wait for the snow but NOT Mommy no way she has Fibromyalgia and it hurts her body but we know just what to do lay with her keep her warm she has started Med's again so now she is doing much better now =]

Mommy had to have Surgery =[

Mommy had to got to the hospital and have surgery a hysterectomy 43 stitches and then had internal bleeding so Mommy had to have a blood transfusion she was in the hospital for 4 days and is finally home (YES)

Daddy had told us though we will be excited we have to be very careful no jumping and we did as Daddy asked and just gave lots of kisses. Its hard seeing Mommy laying on couch and in pain i sure hope she heels soon Dr said 6-8 weeks. Mommy promised she will take us for our walks soon one day at a time.

Plz send healing waves My Mommy's way she sure misses Dogster and all her Pals ♥

We Went To The Bay =}

I have been waiting for mom to tell you about our pawsome time at the bay the other day. Mommy was not sure how Rufus or I would like the water. But when we got there we ran right in BOL
And guess what we just loved it mommy did not let us get out to far but was it ever nice and cool and fun to play in.

From there we went for a pawsome walk along the Bay it is so beautiful and we saw lots of ducks, other woofs. and lots of humans that stopped to say hi and pet us.

Mommy says she is so happy i am opening up to strangers mostly men as i was so very fearful before of men. But Mommy and Daddy showed me all men are NOT bad and i believe them.

I sure cant wait to go back to the bay again and get wet and go on a nice long walk along the Bay =}

Guess What I Can Do =}

Sooooo Guess what i did yesterday for the very first time i got a ball a Mommy started play ball with me and i liked it then she tossed it and i ran i mean i ran and slid into it and brought it back to her she was so happy so i don't know why she was crying but she said happy tears.

You see Mommy though i was trying to play the last few days pawing at her to play but not mouthing so she did not know for sure but it felt like it to her and was soooo happy and now this.

What fun i am having the past few days with this new game and i am even plying a bit of tug be for i never even wanted it unless Rufus did and then i did not let him get the other end to play it was mine now i know how much fun that is too. Mommy said they sky is the limit now.

Mommy says this is going to be the best summer Rufus and I have ever seen =}

Mommy Is Going For Surgery

On the 24th Mommy is going in to the hospital for minor surgery and said we could not come (sigh). That she will be home latter on and will need to rest and will be sore. I hope they find what is hurting Mommy so and its not bad.
You see her tummy hurts her a lot and they are going to look inside and see if they can see what is going on and why the pain.

We are hoping and praying for the best and that another more serious surgery is not needed =/

I Went Up A Weight Class & New Tricks =}

Hi Pups

I just wanted to let you all know that I'm doing pawsome. I am now in a new weight class the one i should be in Large. I came to Mommy and Daddy at only 40 lbs and now i am 56 lbs and still going that means i gained 16 lbs in a little over a month =}

I was very thin when Mommy got me she could feel my whole spine as well as hip bones and Mommy was right with lots of good food and i would be as good as new and even feel much better and i sure do.

I can now Sit, Lay Down, Roll Over and Give A Paw the family is so proud of me and how fast i learn Rufus too =}
