Rain and Mud

My favorite kind of weather!!!! Mom was kinda upset when I came in from playing with my ball and ran upstairs and rolled around on her bed, but I love, love, love the mud!!! My boy took me for a long walk last night and let me run off the leash for a while - I was on my VERY best behavior so maybe he'll take me again tonight. Then, one of my favorite things in the whole world - he took for for a ride in his truck (safely in the cab of course). We went to a place called a video store and I got a treat for being a good girl... Life is good....

New Beginnings

My people have just moved me to a new house!! Just when I was getting used to the old one. Now I have to get used to new smells ( I think a DOG used to live here), many more steps (this is a GOOD thing), new noises and new friends to watch from the window. The good thing is the new yard - all fenced in and ALL mine!!! I had a bit of an adjustment to make - I kept running to the door and saying "woof" which my people didn't understand to mean "I want to go home now", but I am starting to like it here now. The front door has GLASS on the sides which means I have a great view of the street, the driveway and anyone walking by. I have decided that my nap spot will be right inside the front door so I don't miss a thing!!! My boy tells me he is going to install a doggie door leading right outside to the yard so that I can go in and out whenever I want. Guess this isn't so bad after all...
