Arrival Story: In 1996, my "mom" got an offer from my "dad" as to what she would love for her birthday. She said: "You have to promise it is a YES!".
By then he knew I was on my way for sure! They went to a dog show in Quebec-Canada and saw my mother, Button. They fell in love with the breed and decided to wait for me. Button gave birth to me and my "mom" choose me when I was only 2 hours old. I had a good life, but "mom" lost "dad" in 97 and I was there for her. It was sudden and unexpected. I'm glad she had me, she was very sad and so was I. Later in our life, she met my step-dad and we moved to Florida where I continued to have a wonderful life as the boss of the family! We went on boat rides and I was always proudly showing off ! The whole neighbourhood loved me as I litterally became the star! I was so pretty with those eyes of mine. I took my daily walk, met all my friends and had a bunch of offers to be baby-sit if my "parents" had to go for a few days! I was a very spoiled doggy and had the best of the best as a dog. I was cold easily though and we didn't know ...I was sick. I had what they call Addison's disease and it was impossible to know until I got weak and sick on July 3rd 2004. On the 4rth, I went to the emergency clinic and had time to see my "parents" and say good-bye. They still have a hard time without me but the decided to get a cousin of mine and he will come home in January 2005 (He was born in Montreal-Canada!). I will let him get some of my stuff but most of it is gone. My "parents" didn't want to let any other pup get my stuff! I want him to have my floating device though...I had so much fun swimming with "mom" and I want him to use my leash as a back-up, since humans lose things sometimes! I was loved and will be remembered for as long as my "parents" live.
{Be happy in dog's paradise Momo....We miss you a lot}
