Hello! My name is Barney. My foster Mom says I am a sweet boy, and I think it's because I like to follow her around the house... but she always has such good treats, it's really hard to resist, plus I love spending time with her. She has been teaching me so much, but it's hard to take in all at once. But one thing is for sure, I do know how to shake a paw and I use it to ask for things. If one paw doesn't work I am willing to give both! :)
I was rescued from one of the reserves around Calgary and eventually came to Pawsitive Match Rescue and they have placed me in foster care until I can find my forever home. Not to complain, I love my foster Mom and my foster sister Macy, but one day I would like to be able to have a home that I can call my own.
And... after almost 6 months I have found a great family thanks to Pawsitive Match. On June 6th I am going to my forever home and I can't wait. This is the best gift for my 1st birthday that I could have asked for! I will miss both my foster Mom and Macy, but I am not moving too far, just a few blocks down the road and I hope you will visit me often!
