Deogee and the window

So the other day I was laying on the couch taking a nap when I heard somebody come up on the porch. I ran over to the door and even though mom ALWAYS yells at me for it, I jumped up on the window to let the person know I was there and it broke!! I went through it and cut my front leg, scared the crap out of the neighbor, but I really hurt and embaressed myself. Now I know why mom always yells at me.

Mom shaved the area to see how bad it was and saw that it was a very clean deep cut. I had to go to the vet the next morning. I don't like going there, everybody is always trying to touch me and I swear that guy they call the vet pokes and hurts me everytime I go there! The vet looked at me and said it was bad but they could just keep it clean, put Neosporinon it and just keep an eye on it so it doesn't get infected.

We went home and I was still in a little trouble I just went and layed down, Mom said it was ok and gave me hugs but Dad was still really mad because it was the middle of winter and now they had a window to fix. I have learned my lesson, I no longer jump on the window and now when Mom says "Stay off that or you'll get hurt" I usually listen.

So here's a little advice for everyone, DON'T JUMP ON WINDOWS!!!!!

How deogee came to us.

February 2003 my boyfriend bought me a 10 week old puppy from a flea market. She was a beautiful little black fluffy puppy with white toes on all four feet, a white cross on her chest and alittle white stripe on the tip of her nose. Her papers said that she was 1/2 Husky and 1/2 Lab/Shar Pai Mix. She was so sweet and smart, she picked up things really fast.

When she was 2 years old she had gone into heat and ended getting out of our yard, she came home pregnant. Eventually we found out who the father was, he was a White Shepherd/Samoyed Mix, all white with one blue eye. He was the only unaltered male in the area and you could see trates of him in the puppies. I know, I know I should have gotten her spayed, and you're right. If I had known then what I know now it would have been done long before this point. Anyways, April 26 at 1:30am Deogee made his grand enterance into our lives. He was the first born male and he was the biggest in the litter. She had a total of 8 beautiful puppies, some had blue eyes, some looked Husky but they were all perfect. Every puppy in the litter was healthy, happy and alive.

As Deogee got older I started to see things about him that I didn't see in the other puppies. He loved to play but was gentle around kids, you could see a brightness in his eyes that his mother had and we knew that he was to be the one to stay with us. All the other puppies were given to close friends and family and I'm happy to say that they are all still with those families.

Shortly after Deogee turned 6 months we moved to were we live now, in Indiana. Deogee and his mother (who was spayed after the pups) traveled well and were happy in their new home. Three days after we got here his mother was stolen from our back yard and he went into a depression. He ended up adopting a kitten as his friend and they have been together ever since.
