Helping a Friend!

Well where to begin........It now has been almost 2 weeks. Mommie was taking me and Zeke to check out what is new at Petsmart when we pass an old bingo place that has been closed down for some time now. Anyways, when me past the bingo hall mommie saw a dog digging a hole and he was trying to lap up the water cause oh I forgot it was raining. When we passed Mommie saw the whole pup and he was skin and bones. So as fast as Mommie could she turned the car around and told us we were on a mission to save a friend. When we pulled in he ran from Mommie and went to hide from her under an air conditioner unit. Mommie came back to the car crying. She told my human sister that he was scared of her and he was skin and bones. Mommie, who to us is a hero has recused several Friends and found them homes, ran home to get a cup of food and lots of water. He who Mommie has named Trooper (seems to be a purebreed Boxer) is now eating good and putting on weight. We go everyday to see Trooper. Mommie says it won't be long until Trooper comes around and comes home with us. Just keep us in your prayers but mostly Trooper.
