Luke came to us from a shelter in Kentucky, where he had been in foster care with the shelter director since April of 2008. Despite the fact that he's a fantastic, super sweet dog, Luke kept getting overlooked at adoption events down there. So after giving him 8 months of TLC, the shelter allowed Luke's current foster mom to bring him north to New Jersey in the hope of finding his forever family. Bio: Luke has been a wonderful houseguest from the time he arrived. He's super sweet and snuggly and just wants to be with his people, preferably laying on the couch with them. He gets along great with the other dogs in the household and enjoys a good romp around the back yard but then is ready to settle right down when he comes back inside.
