Arrival Story:
I was a volunteer at the rescue group, which had custody of Frumpy, and helped arrange his adoption, which failed due to his unbearable personality:) I then became his foster care giver, but it quickly became apparent that taking him to adoption shows was unadvisable because he was a liability. He would growl and lunge at people, bearing his gums (he had almost no teeth) and fouling up the room with his bad breath. After awhile, the efforts to find him a new home stopped, and two families assumed his guardianship in shifts (he would be too much for any one family).
Bio:
Jangles was found wandering alone in rural Virginia. Nothing else is known about him.
