Arrival Story:
I was walking downtown the day after Christmas, and on my way home I noticed something was following me. It was Marley. I thought she would eventually stop, but she didn't. So, I picked her up and carried her across the big intersections. I've sheltered and rescued animals my whole life and normally I find homes. I already had three sugargliders that are spoiled rotten, and didn't think I had time to actually keep a dog. I looked for her owner in the surrounding neighborhoods the next day, but none was to be found. So basically, Marley in just those few days showed unbelievable intelligence and attention span for a 3 month old puppy. I am amazed by her, and already love her to death. So Marley has a home with me. That was how I found her and the whole process of why I'm keeping her in a very little nutshell. It actually wasn't that simple.
