In the Doghouse

I had my first trip to the Brooklyn Dog House yesterday. For a minute I was a bit unsure of the other dogs there, but then I ran into my pup pal Randy! We had never met in real life before, so I was very excited to be there on the same day as him. The two of us and a boston terrier named Domino, I think (I'm bad with names), spent the rest of the day together.
It was really a great experience, and I didn't even mind the strange humans picking me up. Mommy told me, when she came to pick me up, that I did wonderfully, and that we would be back once a month. I can't wait!

From puny to pumped up

Check out my bulging neck muscles as I eat my first Cornish Game Hen. I am no longer a weak, girly dog, but a heavy-weight fox! GRRR!

Feeling Better

Well, the vet said that my cough is almost gone. My lungs are clear and my temp is normal. All I have now is a sore throat and some tonsil inflammation. She gave me some anti-inflammatory and I'm feeling better already. Now all I have to do is gain the weight back that I lost while I was at the shelter. Keep those meaty bones coming!

A Bit Nervous

I have my first check-up at my new vet on Friday. Ma says I have to get checked for worms and all that other stuff. (sigh) I just hope nothing's wrong.

Mmmm...Chicken.

I just started my raw diet yesterday! This is the life. No more dry kibble for me! In just a few weeks I'll be at my proper weight with a shinier coat and stronger teeth.
