Favorite Toy: Tennis balls Favorite Food: Nutro silver Favorite Walk: she loves her own backyard Best Tricks: she pets her head with her front paw when she wants to be petted Arrival Story: We had Rooney and Minnie for several years, and felt we needed to rescue a Dachshund. We searched for awhile on Petfinders.com and the name "Rosie" caught my eye. My son was in love with a girl named Rosie and the picture of the dog looked like she was smiling! It felt like a sign. Rosie was about two when we adopted her. She had been treated for heartworms and had already had a litter of puppies. She was so fearful at first. She didn't bark for months, and still seldom does. But now she is happy and playful! Bio: Rosie loves to throw her treats in the air and "catch" them again. She is the only of our three that will jump up on our lap.
