Arrival Story:
Rocky was originally slated to go to a person who had Belgian Sheepdogs and be campaigned as a "specials dog". Rocky was too much dog for this person and he came back to his handler & breeder. When Rocky & I met, it was love at first site. We truely bonded the moment we met.
