Furst let me shout out big thank yous to Banjo, Milton, Zaidie, Whitley and Crystal who sent me wishes in rosettes and/or paw mails. You made my day a little brighter.
Despite me being gone fur so long there is never a time my mom still doesn't think about me and especially on those "magic" dates like my barkday, gotcha day from the pet store (she will never buy another dog, but I'm glad dad bought me fur her), other special times we had together and then that final bridge crossing day which follows with the bridge crossing anniversary dates.
It seems since today marks the tenth year anniversary of 9/11 many peeples are reflecting on what they was doing on that September day. Mom's been thinking about us furs and how it had only been just a little under six months when we'd said our goodbyes then I made my way to the bridge. She was at work when dad called to let her know what was happening cuz there was no TV or radios in her office. All she could think about was getting back home to Sheba & Spike because it was some scary times fur the hoomans. Now, ten years later both Sheba & Spike are up here with me at the bridge waiting on her to join us one day. Why do hoomans get so emotional over these things? Mom says many times she wishes her emotions wouldn't get the best of her. She is doing better, but tells others it's not the same anymore without Sheba & Spike. She says it makes her smile to think of them up here with me and other angel furs. We're all watching over her and especially that little mischievous Jiffy...he's keeping her busy!! She said life goes on down there on the Earth's without us special angel furs because she's learned to cope without us there by her side. We're preparing lots more angel dust fur mom because it will soon be Spike's barkday and his 2nd year anniversary at the bridge. We know how much she misses that rooroo buddy of hers, but have no fear the angel dust is being mixed up with extra magical healing ingredients fur next month. And we're planning a big pawty fur Spike if we can pull him away from his big adventures with Cookie, Ernie George and pals fur a spell.

Your Bridge pals, Cookie and Rosie My momma was just in 9th grade when it happened. She was at swim practice and when she went out to the car, her momma told her what happened. She went back in cause she'd forgotten her equipment bag and told everyone else. All day long at school all they did was watch the news on TV and cry. It was such a sad day, it still makes my momma cry. Mom knows all to well how you & your Angel family are missed. I don't think there is ever a day goes by we are not in mom's thoughts and I have heard her remark it isn't the same without her original pack of 3 either.
Mom was driving the school bus the morning of 9-11 and heard it over the radio & could not believe what she was hearing. A day she and all of America will never forget...at that time I wasn't yet a part of the family that would love me always & forever.
My Angel sister's and I are eagerly awaiting Spike's Barkday pawty!
