Igloo was victim of an uncaring owner who kept him chained outside without adequate shelter and not enough food. Imagine what it must be like to try to keep warm when its 4 below outside and you don't have any fat on your body? Igloo is very friendly, fun-loving and energetic. He needs someone that will help him learn about the world. Someone that has strong but positive leadership and can provide a home with structure where Igloo will learn to be a well behaved companion. Igloo is eager to please, he just doesn't have any idea how to be a pet right now but is learning very fast.
