About::
He is in the Brookside area of Kansas City, Missouri His owners say he is a German Shepherd/Border Collie, I think he also has Golden. He is a dog that I was dogsitting, and his owners have been trying to give him away. He is very energetic, he loves to go on runs. He is dog aggressive.They said he got bitten at a dog park and has been dog aggressive since. I think that some training and re-socializing would take care of that fairly easily. He is great with cats, he currently lives with 3, he pretty much just ignores them. I don't know if he is good with kids or not, I'm sure he is though, he ADORES people. He is very outgoing and super friendly. He loves to snuggle. He is a bit of destructive chewer so he is tethered to a table all day long. He mostly chews when left alone, maybe slight seperation anxiety, he doesn't bark though. If left with toys he chews those instead of other stuff. He might have a very slight food guarding issue, if you put your hand near his bowl, he gets a little stiff and stares out the corner of his eye but dosen't progress to growling or anything worse. I know he is black, but he is a great dog, would make a great companion and running partner! I would absolutly LOVE to take him but I already have a dog and can't have another right now. He is a wonderful dog! Very easily trained, he is learning down in less than a week. He's very active and loves to play fetch and run. He loves to be around people, he gets super excited when someone walks in the door. He is generally easy going. he sometimes jumps but not very often. He would be great for agility or frisbee! Please give this guy a home!
