Arrival Story:
We were very happy to welcome our very first litter to Serenity Cove in the spring of 2004. Serenity's Nickelson Layne was born March 11, 2004. Dam: CH 'PR' Alyeska's Sterling Kassia Kai Sire: 'PR' Shalimar's MacKeegan Dyami both owned by us. We enjoyed every minute of their first 8 weeks of life before they all went off to wonderful homes in mid-May. Nickel came back to us in mid-August and he's been quite a challenge where children are concerned. He's been to 1 on 1 classes and has just graduated from his first group class and is enjoying Round 2. We look forward to a long life with Nickel and lots of puppy kisses from him. Nickel is a very loving boy who is very happy playing with his favorite toys and his best pal, Lacee. I think Kassia is aware that he's her baby because she likes to discipline him when she thinks he's misbehaving. Nickel is a gray and white miniature tipping the scale at 12 pounds. WE LOVE HIM A LOT!!
