Goodbye little sister

My little sister Hella crossed the bridge the other day. She has never been healthy and she has been getting worse lately. My Mom knew poor Hella was miserable on her bad days. It was very hard for my Mom to let her go but knew it was the best thing to do for Hella. I'm sure our brother Sam was waiting as she crossed. He always liked her.

My brother Sam is now an Angel

Last week my Mommy and Daddy told me that Sam has not been feeling very well. He was older than me and feeling pains. I knew he couldn't hear or see very well.
They didn't tell me when Sam went to see our doctor that he wouldn't be coming home.
I'm used to seeing our doggie guests come and go, but they go to furever homes. Sam went to the Bridge.
My Mom told me tonight that Sam got his wings and he looks beautiful!
I'm glad that Sam isn't in pain anymore, but we sure miss him. He was my best brother and friend.

Now what?

Ok, today mom gives me this wooden thing. It's painted on both ends. It doesn't taste so good, either.
What's with the take? And hold? She wants me to keep this thing in my mouth? Yuk! I just had to drop it.

Oh no!

It's another brother! I hope they don't expect me to puppy-sit!
