Catching balls, rocks (I spit them out, don't worry!), jumping over Watson, getting off the couch, giving paw, swimming in Casco Bay, Maine!
Arrival Story:
Sonny's family split up and decided he would be better off with his new Mom and Dad, where they could still visit him anytime. Dad fell in love with him, and mother didn't have the heart to say no, even though Dad owed her a golden girl puppy! Mom is gruff, but really a softie.
Bio:
My first family rescued me from a man who kept me chained as a cute puppy all the time in a nasty yard. My first family had kids. I miss them, but I see them sometimes, and I still love them all. I will never forget Star, Luke, Kayla, and Dominick --they saved my life. They split up, so I live with their friends in the country, who give me lots of food. I get to run as much as I want. I am really buff now. It took Mom a while to get used to me because I had googly eyes, and I scared her when I growled to stay on the couch. But the vet gave her some advice, and now I have trained her to make me sit and lie down and get out of her seat on the couch or lie behind her. Now we are much closer. If only I could train Dad! I get bossed around by Dr. Watson and this little bratty setter mix, Kado. Girl dogs, ugh. She STEALS my bones!
