Uh-oh

A few days ago, Mommy got a call on the mysterious ringing device that humans call a telephone. She went back to her bedroom, and when I went back there to check on her she was crying! I don't knwo what's going on, but I heard someone talking about a mysterious place called Missouri and something dying. Maybe her former pet in Missouri died?

My human came back from their trip yesterday! They left me with a really nice woman. At her place, there was a big bowl of food, and she neglected to pick it up, so I got a ton of food! The most important part is that MY PEOPLE ARE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Something's up, I know it!

My people have been talking about something called a 'camping trip.' The last time they went on a trip, they took me, but I'm afraid that they're going to leave me! I need my momma now that I'm blind. The last time momma left me for a while, it triggered my blindness! Both paws crossed for now!

Nothing Will Help My Blindness

Today my people took me to a special doggie eye-doctor, and they said that I have a tiny bit of vision left in my left eye, but my vision will not get better, and probably will get worse. The vet said that my retinas are fried. If any of you pups believe in prayer, pray for me, please!

I'm Blind, but Improving!!!

My people took me to the vet on the 19th, and the vet diagnosed SARDS (Sudden Acquired Retinal Degeneration), and told them that there's nothing we can do about it, but today we found out that my vision is gradually improving, thanks to the removal of commercial dog food from my diet. Praise the Lord!!!!

Yipes!

Today my humans noticed that I have a fluid-filled sack in my ear flap! When my sister touched it, I tried to chew on her fingers. It hurts! I have a question in the Answers Forum, so if you can help me, please do! I am in major pain.

I AM HUMILIATED!!!!!!

Ahoy, mateys! Captain Angel here. Yesterday, my oldest sister put a hand made DIAPER on me! The worst part is, I have a muffin top! I was so ashamed. I'm going to run away and change my name. I gave my sister some of the dirtiest looks. I want to shred those panties!

My Best Friend-The Snow!

Today my sister took me out in the snow with a stick of jerky treats, and we proceeded to play Digger Dog. She would throw a hunk of treat into unmarked snow, point me in the right directon, and i would dig 'til I found it! Then she let me lead the way around the house, and we had a ball! We ran up to the garden and I decided to play Snow-plow. She was really good about not pulling me around to where she wanted to go. My papa was out in his smelly old tractor getting the driveway cleared. (I think he had house fever, cause he was really restless.) We played in the snow until we got really cold, and the we went in and my sister towelled me off! I think she likes towelling me off because it makes her laugh. Mom laughed at us, and I mooched some petting out of Grammy. She has a sweet little dachshund, but the dog is always trying to lick! Until next time, this is Captain Angel signing off.
