Update

Well, it has been a long time since Trina Belle updated her page. It was a big adjustment for little me to start a new life at my age. But let me tell you, life is good now. That lady is my mommy now.

When I first came to my new home, I met Pepper and Wilson and Taffy. She said they would be my pack. I really liked Pepper, but Taffy - not so much. Wilson - well he's bigger and I tolerate him.

Then she took me to another place where they stuck a needle in my arm. Lots of sad looks afterward. Found out that I had worms in my heart! NOT GOOD. YUCK!

Had to go to that place two more times. Stuck a needle in my back both times. In my back I tell you! Mommy moved my crate into her room and I didn't have to be around the others. You know what? I didn't know I felt bad until I started feeling better! I felt so much better - like I was a young girl again. I wanted to jump and run and play! Then my hair got so shiny and thick, just like it was long ago. I'm all better now. No heartworms.

I love to go for rides, but I don't get to do that nearly enough. I have my own bed. Still sleep in Mommy's room. When she leaves to go to that place called "work", I don't have to go in a crate. I look at the others, sitting in their crates and think "you poor dogs" then I trot off to my own special bed. Life is good for Trina Belle. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer, always enough food and water, big yard to run in, cats to bark at.... yep, life is good.
