Birthday: July 1st 2008 Arrival Story: I GOT ADOPTED!! WISH ME LUCK IN MY NEW FOREVER HOME!! Bio: Holly's Christmas Dream: to find a quiet new home with someone to love her.
Holly is a sweet little girl that is a little scared. She loves to cuddle and be near by. She is not sure what to make of her new life. She was in a high kill facility her brothers who were bigger, faster, and took everything she had. She gets along with other dogs, but is very much the submissive type. I have a feeling that the brothers might have been big old bullies, so she always gives in right away. The males were adopted out and now she is by herself. She was transported in a van for many hours with a bunch of other animals and she was most likely one of the younger ones. Little Ms Holly is not too active, but can be very playful when she knows you. She would just love a nice warm bed to lie in beside her new owners. She does like to walk, but is also happy chewing a bone and being close by. She is crate trained and does pretty well on a leash. At the moment, she would most likely do best in a quieter home with no/older children. As time goes on this may change when she comes out of that shell. She does well with kids, but the fast moving younger ones are not really her thing at this time. However, if you have quieter, mellow children she would be fine. If you have lots of new people coming in and out, right now that's not her thing either. Once again she likes people, just is a little scared and it may take some time before this lessens. She really would love to keep you company on the cold winter nights in front of the fireplace. You can read/watch Tv etc while she chews a toy/bone and keeps your feet warm. Can you make Holly's Christmas Dream come true? If so, let us know so she can start living that dream soon. Holly is about 27 pounds, tail has a cute curl to it, she is current on all shots and has been spayed, so she is already to go!!! I've Been On Dogster Since:
