I'm still learning, but I do a beautiful "sit" as soon as I see a treat.

Arrival Story:
My mommy found me on Petfinder.com. She was looking for a buddy for her first dog, Pepper. Plus I guess she still had lots of love to share with another doggie. I had been given up to the shelter by my previous owner, so I was a little shy and worried that I might never find anyone else to love me and keep me forever. My foster mommy brought me "just to visit," but that visit never ended! When Mommy saw me for the first time, she fell in love with my soft floppy ears and my big brown eyes. Pepper totally dug me, but I wasn't real into her at first....it took me a few days to warm up. Now we are best buddies and share everything.

Bio:
I have claimed every couch in the house as my own. I love couches, and I love beds....anything soft that I can flop down on. I also love to stare out the windows for hours at a time; keeping an eye on all the squirrels and birds. I'll chase them like a madwoman when I'm outside. My favorite place is my grandaddy's farm, where I can run into the woods off leash and chase things to my heart's content. I love people, and I think my favorite thing in the world is snuggling up with a human and being petted. Pepper's pretty good to cuddle with, too. My personality comes out more day by day; I was very shy at first, but now I'm learning to play and I get the "zoomies" from time to time. That makes my mommy laugh!! I also love squeaky toys, especially my little stuffed birds!
