Arrival Story:
Looking for a hypoallergenic dog...found a Goldendoodle breeder in Canada (600 miles away.) Talked to her and asked for a male to be ready early summer. Never met or saw a Goldendoodle before. Driving around one lunch hour in our town and saw a red van with what I thought was a Goldendoodle sitting in the front seat. I followed the van until it stopped. YES! Furby WAS a Goldendoodle AND turned out to be from the same breeder. After we got Toby, we found out Furby is his half brother on their Dad's side. Way cool! My parents fell in love with Toby and wanted one of their own. When Toby was two, Mom & Dad got Alex. They are best friends and since we only live a mile away, they see each other most everyday.
