Arrival Story:
We were with our friend Natalie checking out the shelter for Basset Rescue. We decided to rescue Millie and Oreo who were out of time and we thought we could place easily. Oreo was easy Millie however did not like to meet new people at adoptions and would greet them with a growl. A bit of a deterent for most people. Poor millie was abused by children and is still terrified of them. She is quite a character and growls a lot less these days.
Bio:
Millie, Millie, Millie the craziest and toughest little dog I have ever met. Millie loves Mom, Meme and Yuki and that is about it. Millie is really owned by Yuki, he feels she is his personal pet and likes to control her at all times. She can easily walk under him but will throw him to the ground in moves the WWF would be amazed by. Millie is always ready for some running and wrestling with Yuki.

It's not fair, I tell you! That little tramp Joli who thinks she's a beautiful princess gets everything! Mom says that she is making me a bathrobe too, but why did she make Joli's first? I lived here before she did!!! The indignities I suffer. At least Yuki likes me more, as I am his mini-me.
At least mom gave me some new squeaky-balls to play with. They squeak so nice when they are brand new. I squeak-squeaked until grandma said I was driving her crazy (crazy?!?! huh? me!?) and she took it away. That's okay, she said my name, and I love her in such a crazily obsessed kind of way she can take my squeaky toys whenever she wants.
