Arrival Story:
I was looking for a dog & had perused the shelters but couldn't find the right dog. I was actually in search of a small dog because i just didn't want the big dog as I had previously had rotties. Well i cam across an add in the paper for $15 shepherd mixes. My thoughts on free or very cheap dogs are that some of them tend to go to homes that may not be the greatest. So I like to get those kinds. My first rottie was a mix & was free. Anyway, my hubby didn't want a puppy but i told him we were just going to look. Yeah right!! There were 4 left & Duster was the only boy & i had to have a boy. He was the tiniest of all the pups, about half the size of his sisters that were left. Well three weeks later he had quadrupled his size. His ears are starting to come up....YAY!! And he never stops playing. He has a ton of chew toys & can't decide which one to chew on at any time!!
