Arrival Story:
I was working at a kennel when I fell in love with an eight-week old heeler that came to stay with us. I decided then and there that I wanted nothing more than to have a heeler of my own. Within a week, I found more than one ad in local papers for heeler puppies. The first advertiser that I called that still had pups left was the breeder I ended up getting Lennon from. We picked her up the day I called and she's really never left my side.

Bio:
When she first came home, she'd never been in grass before. She and her brothers and sisters had been kept in a shed with hay on the floor. The minute we took her to the backyard, she was in heaven. Since the kennel I was working at included free daycare for all employees, Lennon went with me to work from day one. For the first several months she was with us, she became a staple at the kennel and everyone loved her. She made more friends than she could keep up with and got to meet new people all the time. I've since changed jobs, but am once again working with dogs and she gets to come along frequently.
