Hi, fans,

Everything is great here in Harbin. It is a little cold here, but Mommy and Daddy are spending more time at home taking care of me. I love to play, and now I get to play a lot every day. I haven't heard from my three cousins, Meiren Secor, Mochi Secor, and Cutey Secor. I hope they will write me soon.

A few words for Pauli, my dear cousin

Hi, all,

We are all heartbroken because of Pauli. He was the sweetest, most fun loving dog I have ever known. There is an empty place in my heart that cannot be filled by food, hugs, playing, bones, or anything else. Nothing can take his place. I loved Pauli like a brother, just as I love Dolly, and Mochi, and MiMi the cat.

I am not looking forward to losing Dolly, but I think she will like it there in America. She already has such a great family. You are all so honest, so sincere, to write these kind words to help Dolly. I think her pain is partly for Pauli, but partly because she is coming to America now by herself. She had thought she would have Pauli to depend on during the plane flight. But she is a tough dog. She will make it fine.

Dolly will bring my love with her.

Say a few words for Pauli. He was a great dog. Remember him, and be good to Dolly, for his sake, and as a favor to me. Don't bite Cutey on the hind legs, it drives her crazy. Stay away from big dogs in the park. Don't eat cow poop. Listen to me. I have been there.

Sad about my cousin

My two cousins, Mochi Secor and Cutey Secor are not barking at each other any more. Or rather, they are barking too much.

If you read their diaries, the dispute seems one of simple jealosy. Mochi is young, and Cutey is older and wants respect. I understand. After all, Mochi was born here, near my home. My house was his first house. I was his first friend. I love him like a cousin.

To tell the truth, I have never met Cutey. Her Mom and My Daddy are brother and sister. Auntie comes to visit ever so often.

Anyway, I hope they can clear up this little squabble and get to be great friends again. Maybe I need to write Mochi a doggie letter and get him to straighten up. Yes, I definitely will.
