Arrival Story:
Autumn was siezed from her original owner for cruelty, neglect and unsanitary conditions. When she was brought back to health she was adopted out to the "perfect family". A year to the date of her adoption, she was picked up by animal control weighing only 28 pounds. Luckily, she was turned over to a rescue group, vetted, brought back to health and given some basic training. We rescued her on Oct. 12, 2008. She is now 55lbs and a very happy 2 year old. She is learning many new things, like how to sit for treats and how to play ball. She enjoys rope toys, nylabones, playing with her little buddy "Mo" and going for nice long walks. We are so amazed that through it all, she has not lost her love of humans....remarkable after what she has been through. She is absolutely sweet, calm and eager to please and we are so thrilled to have her.
